We offer individual conditions for companies and regular guests of our boarding house. This means that we can offer you price and planning security even at busy times and are happy to take your individual room requirements into account.

Parking facilities and safe parking spaces for bicycles
Whether by car, train or plane, the Küchlinhaus is easily accessible. Located in the centre, there are restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. can be reached quickly on foot. Several public transport facilities are only a few minutes’ walk away, and Memmingen train station is just a 10-minute walk away.
Parking facilities directly opposite
There is an underground car park in the city of Memmingen directly opposite the Küchlinhaus. To guarantee you maximum comfort, you can rent a parking space directly from us for the duration of your stay.
Safe bicycle parking in our bicycle room
You can safely park your bicycle in the bicycle room during your stay in our boarding house, e-bike charging station included.

If you don't have time to shop, we have a small but fine range of local food for your personal basic needs.

Reception
We welcome you at our reception and say goodbye at check-out. We will also provide you with all the important information about your stay in our service apartment. If you wish, we can offer you a tour of our boarding house and the corresponding community areas.

For us, sustainability is not just a phrase, but we consistently implement it in our everyday lives. Already during the renovation, we worked with our regional partners and craftsmen to keep our ecological footprint small.
Sustainability meets design: All our furniture is made individually for each apartment in FSC®-certified wood. The carefully developed lighting concept with economical LED lighting ensures perfect lighting. The towels and bed linen are made of 100% organic cotton.

24/7 free laundry
Our laundry is available during your stay in our service apartment. Here you will find washing machines, tumble dryers and the appropriate detergents. The supplied iron and ironing board mean that you can hang your laundry in your wardrobe crease-free. You can use our laundry room in the basement free of charge and at any time.
Waste disposal area for 24/7 independent waste disposal
Our guests have a shared waste disposal area to keep their apartments as clean as their own home.
Cleaning service
Weekly cleaning is included. The used bath laundry is also exchanged. You are also welcome to book additional cleaning (at an additional charge).
